"Import - Export of Drugs and Active Substances" contains data on import and export of drugs in the Russian Federation.

Over 60 leading pharmaceutical companies are subscribed to the product, of which above 40 are well-known foreign companies: Sanofi, Pfizer, Nycomed, Lek, Schering AG, Astra Zeneca and many others.

The project can be used as a source of comprehensive information on the import-export segment of the pharmaceutical market.

The project is subdivided into 4 main parts:

1. "Import of Drugs"
2. "Export of Drugs"
3. "Import of Pharmaceutical Substances"
4. "Export of Pharmaceutical Substances"

Methodology

The main source of information: the import and export of drugs and active substances documented by the State Customs Committee.

Data format

Electronic version on CD (updated monthly)

The database includes over 3 000 trade names (ready-to-use drugs) and above 650 pharmaceutical substances; data on import-export operations of over 550 producers, 1 600 suppliers and 1 300 importers of pharma products.

Frequency

Monthly (6 weeks after the end of the reporting month), submitted on a CD or by e-mail.
