MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES, MERCHANDISERS AND DATABASES

Today many pharmaceutical companies are in need of professional merchandisers and medical representatives for the following short-term projects:

  • promotion of new drugs;
  • maintenance of known drugs;
  • launch of new drugs, forms, dosages, packs
  • advertising in mass media,
  • creation of segmented databases of pharmacies, doctors etc.

Since 2001 RMBC has been working successfully on the project called "Rent-a-Rep Service" for pharmaceutical companies:

Taking into account our client's concerns we:

  • develop a promotion plan
  • choose high-skilled medical representatives and/or merchandisers
  • train medical representatives and/or merchandisers on client's request
  • supervise medical representatives and/or merchandisers activity on a regular basis
  • report in any form convenient to you (printed or computer version), weekly or monthly.

The report will enable you to evaluate:

  • product presence in retail stores (%)
  • average sales in retail stores
  • advertising presence
  • competitive activity etc.

We also develop target audience databases (doctors, pharmacy workers, etc) where the information can be structured according to:

  • attitude to your products;
  • opportunities for product promotion (source: interviews).

This will enable you to identify your target audience and cooperate purposefully with those doctors and pharmacies that are inclined to work with your company and products.

As a result you will be able to expand your opportunities and:

  • increase product presence in pharmacies
  • raise awareness of doctors, pharmacists and pharmacy workers of your product
  • inform your end-users
  • manage your business effectively
