Advantages of use:
As an ad-hoc market research RMBC conducts detailed distribution analysis: Purchase index by manufacturer: analysis of company products distribution. Every pharmacy that purchased at least one product of the given manufacturer is characterized as "product presence". Numeric and weighted indexes are calculated. Purchase index by brand (group of products with common element in the name) is counted in a standard way. The numeric and weighted indexes are calculated. Segment-weighted purchase index is based on the share of the given therapeutic category in pharmacy turnover. The index is calculated thus: the total category sales (to which the product belongs) in those sample pharmacies that purchased the product is divided by the total category sales in all the sample pharmacies. |
